Maintaining my product
Candle Care : It is recommended to burn the candle long enough for the entire top layer of wax to become liquid, which can take a few hours. By letting the candle liquefy from edge to edge, the opening will remain wide and prevent tunneling.
If you believe another issue is affecting the performance of your spark plug, please email customer service.
We recommend trimming candle wicks to 1/4" before each use. This will prevent sooting and extend the life of the candle. Do not insert matches or other flammable objects into the candle.
Diffuser Care : If you want more fragrance, move the wicks more frequently. Remember to always turn the diffuser reeds upside down over a towel or sink and wipe the bottle dry when finished to avoid spilling oil.

Purchases and Returns
Orders are processed daily and shipped as soon as possible. If your item is defective, please contact us via the contact section of our website within 14 days, stating your contact details and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
